Replacements of products with semi-precious and precious stones cannot be made, due to their possible alteration or change. In cases of macrame and other handmade jewellery and accessories that do not involve metals and real stones, a change can be made, as long as the product has not been damaged. Any change can only be requested and made up to 14 days after purchase.
